Solar LED lighthouse same as sunflower

Mags Harries and Lajos Heder designed a solar LED lighthouse just like a huge metal umbrella emerge from ground, all open toward the sun, it continuously absorbing the sun’s energy and transfer to electrical energy, finally input to the underground public grid. It will emit faint blue in the evenings, so that the whole lighthouse becomes transparent and very sci-fi feel. The new technology can be so environmentally friendly, and also so beautiful.

Designers Mags Harries and Lajos Heder produced 15pcs solar LED lighthouse, each almost 3.65 meters (12 feet) high, like giant sunflowers, they absorb solar energy during the day, and light up LED illumination during nights. Besides the lighting electricity, the daily obtained surplus electricity are about 15 kilowatts, the surplus can be converted as a safeguard fee. Those lighthouses are commercialization testing for environmentally friendly lighting, hoping it can be widely used in future.
